Routed / Sandblasted Signs
Routed/Sandblasted Signs are common signs used when a more decorative, professional-looking sign option is needed. A style like this can be used in lots of different aspects; they can be used as a decorative post & panel sign, they can be mounted directly to a building, or installed as a monument sign.
Monument / Pylon Signs
Monument/Pylon Signs are common for shopping centers or industrial parks where there are multiple retail stores or businesses located inside a shopping center. They are commonly used to list out all the business names within a certain business park. This style can also be used for one business that wants to have one main sign on the road to show who they are and direct people to the businesses location. These signs can have internal lighting which would light up at night, so people can see and still read everything clearly. Monument/Pylon signs are another option where an electronic message board might be useful – this will allow one business to promote themselves or a group of businesses to showcase who they are, or display specials or sales they might be offering.
Storefront Graphics
Storefront Graphics are used to attract attention to your location one last time before the client comes through your front door. Storefront Graphics are made up of many options. Some can be illuminated from the inside and some can have separate lighting shining directly on the signs mounted to the façade of the building. You also have options for the windows, doors, and walls. The styles of these signs can vary in size based on the size of your overall frontage. A city or town normally bases the size of your sign on a percentage of your direct business frontage.(the front of your immediate space) Basically, they take the total square foot of your building front to figure out the amount of area you have to work with for signage. Example, if you have 100 square feet of frontage and the city/town allow you to use 10% for signs, then you have 10 square feet to work with for the sign. This includes your main sign as well as any windows, doors, or walls.
